Fernando Lehrer serves as CEO of NanoVapor Biotech and its parent company, NanoVapor Inc. With an extensive career in technology innovation, which spans over 30 years, Fernando is a visionary and thought leadership.His ability to translate technology into practical solutions to solve every day's challenges has been his guided mantra ever since he started his professional career. Fernando leads by example and instills into his team his core values and principles - "Always do the right thing, listen to our customers, be creative, respond fast, propose innovative solutions to their challenges".
Fernando's deep understanding of operations, product development, sales engineering, finance, creating value to shareholders, and above all, what motivates his clients and his team, is based on his personal professional path. He worked both in large corporations and in successfully building tech start-ups. This includes:
- President of London Offshore Consultants, one of the largest marine engineering consulting companies in the world.
- Executive Director and an Investment banker at Seabury Capital, where he successfully originated and executed technology-oriented deals
- Vice President of Product Development and CTO of ABS Nautical Systems.
- Global Applied Technology Solutions Manager for Lloyds Register.
- Vice President of ABS Group, Risk Consulting Division.
- Founder and Managing Partner of Seaproc, an on-line procure to pay solution.
- Plus a long career at building, fixing, salvaging, and making sure that ships of all kinds, were kept safe and sound.
Holding a Master of Science degree in Maritime Engineering and Naval Architecture from the University of Buenos Aires, the oceans and sailing has been Fernando's passion ever since. This, plus playing professional rugby until his bones said no more. Nowadays, he keeps himself physically and mentally balanced by practicing Crossfit, yoga, and meditation. He enjoys visiting his grandchild Milo in California, as well as spending his time with his loved ones in his adopted hometown of Houston, TX.
President - Sales & Marketing
Meet Al King, a highly accomplished dynamic leader of 35 + years. Mr. King has held numerous executive managerial positions throughout very diverse sales and service industries. Most recently, King served as CEO of 360 Managed Services an outsourced sales and marketing company specializing in community solar. King also has served as COO-CSO for Sunshare a community solar development company based in Denver CO. Prior to this King was Head of Residential Marketing for USA/Canada and Retail Sales for Direct Energy based in Houston, TX. King also served as Area President for Cricket Communications, VP Regional Vice President of Sales, Distribution and Marketing with MetroPCS, and Midwest Area Vice President for Sprint / Nextel Partners.
King’s prestigious career has been marked by developing and serving high-performance senior management, sales, operations, and marketing teams, focused on sales, marketing, call centers and customer service excellence.
Mr. King graduated with a BBA in Operational Management and an MBA in Business Administration, and a secondary concentration in Marketing from American Continental University.
Chief Technology Officer
Jim Rice is a 33-year veteran of Cabot Corporation, where he last served in Research and Development. Among many management postings, Mr. Rice spent four years in Asia as the Managing Director & CEO of three chemical plants, which he turned around from operations with large losses to profitability.
As part of this success, Mr. Rice cured significant safety issues, which also reduced company risk and enhanced production performance.
Experienced in management and engineering, Mr. Rice holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Arkansas and Masters in Electrical Engineering from Washington University, St. Louis.
Comptroller and Treasurer
Dan Wilkinson is a 10-year veteran at NanoVapor, where he now serves as Comptroller & Treasurer. Mr. Wilkinson has held various roles in accounting and finance, while also managing legal, taxes, insurances, and other back office functions.
Mr. Wilkinson holds a bachelors in Business Management from Babson College. Babson college is a leader in Entrepreneurial studies, having been ranked the best entrepreneurship school in the nation by US News & World Report for the 23rd consecutive time.
Steve Wilkinson has spent the last ten years at NanoVapor, currently serving at the Director of Operations. Steve has held numerous roles throughout the infancy phase of the company until now, such as Project Manager, Head of Manufacturing & Facilities, and Logistics Manger.
Steve holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics & Finance from Bentley University.
